Julie Green is the Co-Owner of Green Team Real Estate Services, an independent brokerage proudly serving Kentucky and Southern Indiana. A licensed REALTOR® for more than a decade, Julie has helped thousands of buyers and sellers successfully navigate the real estate process while building a reputation for exceptional service, innovative marketing, and lasting relationships. Alongside her husband, George Green, she has helped grow Green Team into one of Kentucky's top-performing independent brokerages with one simple mission: Your Realtors for Life.

Julie is passionate about helping clients through every stage of homeownership while also leading many of Green Team's marketing, technology, client experience, and agent support initiatives. She believes buying or selling a home should be an exciting and rewarding experience, and she works hard to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. Julie also holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and enjoys serving military families throughout the region and is also skilled and qualified in the REO sector of real estate, helping investors and buyers/sellers alike to navigate, list and purchase foreclosures and bank owned assets.

Before entering real estate, Julie earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). While her career has evolved, the compassion, communication, and problem-solving skills she developed continue to influence the way she serves her clients every day.

When she's not working, Julie enjoys traveling, morning strength workouts, refinishing furniture, spending time with her church family, and making memories with George and their four children.
