Josh LaRocco
Agent License ID: 274071
Josh was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and grew up working in different construction and home development areas for family businesses. From a very young age, he was taught how the mechanics of a home work and some of the "backend" labor involved in home maintenance and building. As a result, he developed a lifelong dream of getting into real estate and, in 2021, finally made the leap. Before his life in real estate, Josh started out as an Air Force veteran and, after finishing his service, spent the majority of his career in the corporate world, most recently employed at Zoeller Company. There, he became known for having a "mental motor" that never stopped churning and was respected for his drive and dedication. He excelled in machine operation, Microsoft applications, Project Management, Web Development, and Web Architecture, which has already proven beneficial in our "tech-driven" real estate market!
Josh has a passion for service and, in his spare time, volunteers at the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Kentuckiana program, where he mentors local high school students. As a devout Christian, Josh loves to get involved with his church community. He can frequently be found to lend a listening ear, give insightful guidance, or participate in bible studies and growth groups. Above all, Josh considers himself a "family man" who loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and their two sons. He lives by the mindset that the "glass is half-full" and reminds himself daily of one of his favorite quotes by Tony Robbins, "Lacking resources is never the problem, lacking resourcefulness is the real problem".
