Dan has lived in Louisville for over 40 years and as a result, could easily be the most familiar with the area out of the whole team just from life experience! He has lived in the Highlands and Fern Creek areas, making him exceptionally knowledgeable in those specific areas. Because he has lived in Louisville his entire life, he recognizes and values the uniqueness and attributes the various neighborhoods have to offer and he is determined to help his clients with their real estate needs. Dan is known to be a great family man and someone that can ALWAYS be counted on. He believes in the power of “reputation and a handshake” in the world of business and as a result, he puts his “all” into everything he does, refusing to stop until he accomplishes his goals. Dan came to the team in early 2020 with a background in law enforcement and his work ethic is incredible. He is the one who volunteers first to help, no matter what the needs of the team are. In his personal life, he has a wife and two children and values time with his family immensely. He also enjoys a good game of golf on a sunny day! With his deep-rooted values and great ethics, Dan was given various awards during his Law Enforcement career, including frequent Merit Awards demonstrating commitment to persistence and hard work.
